Overview:
Vanity Fair is seeking a Coordinating Producer to join its fast-paced video team. This role partners closely with the Senior Producer, Creative Producer, and Directors of Content & Development to produce, edit, and occasionally direct high-impact digital video. This role will support the production and post-production of editorial video across You Tube and social with a particular focus on editing social first content. This role reports to Vanity Fair’s Director of Video Content Production.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and support Vanity Fair’s You Tube and social video productions from pre-production through final delivery.* Edit short-form videos for Vanity Fair’s Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube Shorts channels.* Support production logistics, including call sheets, equipment, locations, and additional on-set needs.* Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, external production companies, crews, talent, and talent representatives.* Conduct research as needed for talent, projects, locations, interview subjects, and other editorial or production needs.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years experience in editing and/or production* Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

* Experience editing for social platforms* A strong editorial sensibility and understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition* Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines* Passion for news, entertainment, culture, and Vanity Fair’s coverage areas* Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
