About the role
Cummins is seeking a Contact Center Representative to support our Infant Care Team in Portland, ME. You will create, update, and close service requests in OneC RLS, and coordinate between Infant Care, Engineering, and repair locations to ensure timely repairs.
You will assist in sourcing parts and tools, follow Cummins processes, handle potentially stressful situations professionally, and contribute to reducing downtime while delivering quality service.
