About the role

A well-established and growing consumer products company located in Lake Charles is seeking a Key Account Manager to help expand its customer base and drive new business growth. This is a hands-on, customer-facing opportunity for a strong B2B sales professional and true business developer. The focus will be on identifying and winning large, high-volume customers, developing new opportunities, and strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
The Opportunity:
  • Identify and pursue large corporate customers and strategic accounts
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline from prospecting through close
  • Develop relationships with senior buyers and decision-makers
  • Identify private-label and other new business opportunities
  • Grow existing accounts and look for opportunities to increase volume and share
  • Partner closely with operations to ensure customer commitments can be delivered effectively
The Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for someone who is driven, persistent, resourceful, and enjoys the challenge of opening doors and winning new business. You should be comfortable working with senior decision-makers and have a track record of growing revenue in a B2B sales environment. Experience in retail, grocery, wholesale, food & beverage, consumer products, or another high-volume sales environment is a plus, but direct industry experience is not required.
Location: Lake Charles, LA
