About the role

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Quality Lead for Fabrication, Machining, and Casting in the Michigan area. The role focuses on strengthening quality systems (AS9100/NADCAP) and leading talent development within the quality team on the shop floor and in management reviews. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in investment casting, aerospace tooling, and the ability to drive continuous improvement through PPAP/APQP, FMEA, and SPC methodologies.
