Job Description:
Job Description Proman Skill Trades is currently seeking Combo Welders to join our team in the Austin, TX area!
Duties:
Assemble and fabricate metal structures and equipment.
Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and stick welding processes.
Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications.
Utilize forklifts and other equipment as needed.
Conduct quality checks using micrometers and other tools.
Demonstrate mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick.3+ years of experience
- Experience working with carbon steel and stainless steel.
- Experience in construction site welding is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Familiarity with machining processes is advantageous.

- Commercial construction: 5 years License/Certification: Welding Certification (Required)
