Guest Experience and Rooms Operations Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking Room Attendants, Housekeeping Supervisors, Guest Service Agents, PBX Operators, Bell Staff, and Leadershipposition. You will be responsible for ensuring every guest room and lounge area meets the highest standards of comfort and cleanliness as well ashelp guests during their check-in, stay, and check-out. Ensuring each person leaves with memories that last a lifetime. Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and reset guest rooms and shared spaces.
  • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
  • Work efficiently and independently while still being a valued member of the team
  • Oversee daily front office operations, including guest check-in/check-out, room assignments, and special requests to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Deliver service that keeps guests happy “housekeeping from the heart.”Handle guest concerns or service recovery situations promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Perform key tasks such as:
  • Changing bed linens
  • Sanitizing surfaces
  • VacuumingReplenishing amenities
