About the role
Forensic Consulting Group SupportThis position will support the Forensic Consulting group at CBIZ.Essential Functions and Primary DutiesPrepare various documents which may include invoices, reports, memos, letters, responses to correspondence, surveys, spreadsheets and presentationsRead and analyze incoming memos, submissions, mail and reports to determine significance; plan distributionPerform project workFile and retrieve documents, records, and reportsGreet visitors and assess access to specific individualsPerform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping workPrepare agendas and make arrangements for business meetingsMake travel arrangements for executives as requestedAdditional responsibilities as assigned5 days in office requiredMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED2 years experience in office environment and preferably performing as an administrative assistantMust have knowledge of administrative proceduresProficient use of applicable technologyDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
