About the role
Sofidel America is seeking an experienced CNV Production Manager to lead our Phoenix, AZ tissue converting operations. This senior role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and cost control while strengthening team capability and environmental compliance.
You will drive site performance, develop salaried and hourly staff, and collaborate with EHS, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, and Engineering to deliver sustainable improvements at scale.
