Executive Assistant
jaggerBrooklyn (NY)
About the role
Our client is hiring an Executive Assistant, onsite in New York City. In this role, you will support 2 Presidents directly, and it's the kind of seat where being the most organized person in the room is the whole job description. You'd be the one keeping calendars tight, inboxes moving, and partners walking into every meeting fully prepped. If you like being the reason things run smoothly, this one's for you.
What you'll be doing:
Owning calendar management across 2 Presidents, including scheduling, rescheduling, and protecting their time Managing inboxes and responding to emails and document requests on their behalf Preparing partners for meetings, agendas, materials, background, and follow-ups Drafting slides, meeting notes, memos, and other documents Coordinating logistics across internal and external stakeholders Handling confidential information with total discretion Jumping on ad hoc projects as priorities shift
What we're looking for:
Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-moving environment Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Power Point Experience managing multiple competing priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics Well-organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely good at follow-up Sharp written and verbal communication; you'll be writing as the partners Comfortable being the go-to person, and comfortable saying no when the calendar demands it
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
