About the role
7-Eleven is hiring a Lead UX Researcher for the 7RESEARCH team, embedded in Product Development. You will guide enterprise product research for Merchandising, Merchant Tools, Pricing and related services, mentoring researchers and shaping strategy with cross-functional partners. You will design and run qualitative and quantitative studies, translate insights into action, and influence product direction while ensuring research quality and stakeholder alignment.
