Qualifications: What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education with 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role Deep knowledge of early childhood development, special needs, and Head Start performance standards A coaching mindset that takes a strengths based approach and values the contributions of others Strong organizational and communication skills
