Employment Type: Full-time WORKSITE: OnsiteJOB BRIEF A fast-growing, venture-backed Neurotech company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its Chief Executive Officer. This is a high-impact opportunity for a polished, proactive partner who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys supporting revenue leadership at a company scaling quickly. You'll work closely with the CEO to bring structure, momentum, and clarity to day-to-day execution - serving as a trusted right hand to a leader driving go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and growth. THE JOB: This role sits at the center of the company's revenue organization, supporting execution across sales, partnerships, and cross-functional initiatives while keeping the CEO focused on what matters most.
Key Responsibilities: Partner closely with the CEO to manage complex calendars, priorities, and communications Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, follow-ups, and execution gaps Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, executives, partners, and customers Coordinate meetings, off-sites, and events tied to sales, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives Maintain and improve workflows, tools, and systems that support revenue operations Support ad hoc projects across sales, partnerships, marketing, and leadership as priorities evolve Oversees office buildout and day to day of this early team and nascent operations. Work with COS to carve out tasks that can be offloaded and streamlined into your workflows.
ABOUT YOU: 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in tech, startups, or high-growth environments, Ideally supporting a CEO or COO.Interest in AI, emerging technology, and how modern revenue teams scale Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong judgment, discretion, and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to toggle between strategy and execution Strong Office Management and Facilities acumen Worked in biotech or health a major plusPERKS AND BENEFITS:Competitive compensation ($180K base comp band plus equity)strong benefits package Work onsite in Cambridge, Massachusetts High-visibility role supporting a key executive in an AI-driven growth company Collaborative, execution-focused culture with room to grow alongside the business
