About the role

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Event Scheduling Coordinator to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $22.00 to $26.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities: Schedule events and manage reservation and space usage across multiple locations, venues, and rooms using the Momentus Elite scheduling system. Manage calendars for all venues and spaces. Review and address scheduling requests seamlessly. Coordinate general setup and equipment requirements for all spaces. Contribute administrative support as needed, including documentation and requirements.
Requirements: Highly skilled with organization, particularly for scheduling and event planning. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, effectively coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Exhibit the ability to handle complex scheduling tasks and resolve conflicts professionally. Show proficiency in scheduling software, with Momentus Elite experience strongly preferred. Demonstrate team collaboration, time management, and coordination of multiple simultaneous priorities.
Qualifications: Apply previous experience in administrative support or scheduling coordination in an events environment. Uphold professionalism in managing high-profile events, rehearsals, and operational logistics. Utilize advanced problem-solving skills to ensure smooth event execution and avoid scheduling conflicts. Adapt to dynamic event needs while maintaining accuracy in tracking and updating space availability. Work efficiently under time constraints, ensuring timely responses to scheduling inquiries and requests. REF #50594
