Treasury & Bank Account Administrator (Treasury Analyst)📍 Denver, CO💰 $45/hour W-2📅 6+ Month Contract with Potential Extensions A leading global financial services and payments organization is seeking a Treasury & Bank Account Administrator to support its corporate treasury operations in Denver, CO.This role will focus heavily on global bank account administration, KYC requirements, authorized signers, banking documentation, and coordination with banking partners. We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience managing the bank account lifecycle who can effectively coordinate across Treasury, Finance, Legal, Tax, and Accounting teams.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the lifecycle of global bank accounts, including openings, closures, modifications, and ongoing maintenance. Coordinate KYC and bank compliance documentation with banking partners. Manage bank account signatory and authorized signer changes. Serve as a point of contact for banking partners and internal stakeholders regarding account administration. Maintain accurate banking documentation, account records, and governance controls. Track pending bank account requests and ensure timely completion. Support treasury operations and process improvement initiatives. Partner with Legal, Finance, Tax, Accounting, and business teams to obtain required documentation and approvals. Ensure bank account activities comply with internal policies and applicable banking requirements.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.2+ years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Banking Operations, or a related financial function. Hands-on experience with:
  • Bank account openings and closuresKYC and bank onboarding requirements
  • Signatory maintenance and authorized signer changes
  • Banking documentation and account administration
  • Experience working directly with banking partners and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Preferred: Experience supporting global or multinational bank account structures, treasury management systems, online banking platforms, cash management, banking controls, or corporate treasury operations is highly desirable.
