Healthcare Staffing Technology My client is a high-growth healthcare staffing technology company that has achieved 1000% growth over the past eight years and continues to expand into new markets nationwide. They are seeking a VP of Recruiting & Account Management to lead and scale two mission-critical functions. This executive will own team performance, client retention, account growth, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and scale multi-state Account Management and Recruiting teams
  • Build a performance-driven, accountable culture
  • Own client satisfaction, retention, and account growth
  • Establish scalable processes for relationship management and issue resolution
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Technology, and Operations
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of healthcare staffing experience 3+ years of people leadership experience
  • Proven success managing Recruiting and/or Account Management teams
  • Track record of scaling teams in high-growth environments
