About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President of Account Management to lead client satisfaction, retention, and growth across an assigned portfolio. The role involves building relationships with client stakeholders and executives, understanding their business priorities, and representing their needs internally. The successful candidate will develop and execute cross-functional client strategies, manage contracts and deliverables, drive renewals and service expansion, and identify growth opportunities. They will monitor performance, address operational issues, coordinate resolution across teams, and maintain clear documentation. Candidates should have at least 15 years of experience in healthcare account management or selling to payers, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills are required, as is a record of selling service expansions and succeeding in a matrixed environment. Knowledge of healthcare, payers, and regulations is essential. Experience with early-stage organizations, laboratory services, or Medicare and Medicaid is preferred; a relevant master's degree is also an advantage. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
