About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Group Product Director, Professional Promotion & KOL Engagement, CAPLYTA, based in Titusville, NJ. You will lead U.S. HCP marketing, professional education, and KOL engagement strategy across all CAPLYTA indications, directing a team of three with accountability for peer‑to‑peer programs.
You will partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Global teams to ensure compliant, data‑driven execution and impact. A strong track record in neuroscience or CNS is preferred.
