About the role

We are seeking a Structural Designer to support the design of advanced industrial and semiconductor facilities. You’ll develop 2D/3D structural models and construction-ready documentation while coordinating with engineers and other disciplines.
Location: Tempe, AZ – Hybrid (2 days/week onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $40–$43/hour ($80k annually DOE) + benefits Equipment: Laptop provided for hybrid work
Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed 3D structural models and complete structural plans/details. Translate engineering concepts into accurate, construction-ready documentation. Coordinate designs with engineering and other disciplines. Review models and drawings for accuracy, quality, and compliance. Lead small design packages, assign tasks, monitor progress, and support team members. Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and problem-solving. Embrace design automation and emerging technologies.
Qualifications: Associate degree in CAD/Drafting or equivalent experience.5+ years of structural drafting/design experience.3+ years of Revit experience. Strong communication and leadership skills. Hybrid Requirement: Candidates must be able to work onsite in the Phoenix office at least 2 days per week and have reliable internet for remote work.
