About the role

Captura is seeking an experienced and hands-on Lab Technician to join our growing startup in Pasadena, California. You will contribute to the development and scale-up of ion exchange membranes through hands-on laboratory work, including polymer synthesis and materials development, with 3–5 years of practical lab experience. You will operate and maintain analytical instruments (NMR, GPC, viscometer), keep meticulous notebooks, ensure safety, and collaborate with R&D to meet project milestones
