About the role
Serving as a key liaison between Finance, Analytics, IT, and Pharmacy Operations, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst - Pharmacy will manage pharmacy financial analysis, data validation, and documentation of data transformation processes to support informed decision-making and operational performance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for business decision-making and financial reporting
Collaborate across business areas to enhance data quality and improve reporting processes related to pharmacy operations
Analyze healthcare reimbursement methodologies and pharmacy revenue trends to support accurate financial analysisRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
5+ years of progressive accounting and/or finance experience
Preferred experience in the healthcare industry
