Job Description Job Description ELECTRICAL WIRER
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pmPay Rate: $20-$23 (depends on experience)
Job Duties: Assemble switchgear panels, control cabinets, and electrical components according to drawings and specifications. Wire and connect components such as circuit breakers, relays, transformers, and busbars. Perform continuity and functional testing. Troubleshoot and correct wiring or assembly issues. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Follow electrical codes, quality standards, and safety procedures. Use PPE and maintain a clean, organized work area. Work with engineering, production, and quality teams.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous electrical wiring or switchgear assembly experience preferred. Ability to read electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Experience using hand and power tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, drills, and screwdrivers. Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills. Safety-conscious, dependable, and comfortable working with electrical components. Electrical or technical certification preferred.
