Administrative Assistant Needed Paradise Pillow is a premier manufacturer of textile products in U.S.A. We have been servicing the healthcare, hospitality, institutional, and government industries for over 30 years.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for phone coverage, faxing and photocopying
Typing and distributing correspondence and mail
Order and distribute supplies
Coordinate between the factory floor and office
Able to perform data entry
Receptionist as needed
Conduct limited research
Perform additional general office duties as assigned

Speak with clients on behalf of company for various purposes (Scheduling, Followups, Tracking, Etc.)

Qualifications:

6 months or more of relevant work experience
Direct experience supporting staff in an administrative assistant role
Beginner to Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Be familiar with email and Internet protocol

Must have at least a HS diploma or equivalent and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Starting at $10/hour for first 30 day training period. After 30 days the pay will be $12/hour.
