Responsibilities The Director of Brand Marketing & Campaign Strategy is responsible for the development, management, and execution of enterprise-level branding, campaign strategies, customer segmentation, and marketing programs across the company's homebuilding brands. This role serves as the primary steward of brand positioning, messaging, creative strategy, marketing communications, and customer lifecycle campaigns, ensuring consistency while delivering scalable resources that support regional and local marketing teams. Initially focused on Trophy Signature Homes and the Dallas portfolio of brands, this role will establish and maintain clear differentiation between each brand, ensuring distinct market positioning, customer segmentation, product alignment, and value propositions. The Director will develop strategies that support a diverse product spectrum ranging from approximately $300,000 to $950,000+, creating targeted messaging that resonates with specific buyer profiles, including first-time buyers, move-up buyers, second move-up buyers, townhome purchasers, and luxury homebuyers. The Director will lead enterprise campaign planning aligned with seasonal market trends, inventory needs, sales objectives, and key phases of the homebuying journey. Working closely with the National Vice President of Marketing, Digital Marketing Manager, Regional Marketing Director, Division Marketing and Sales leadership, this position will create integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, agent advocacy, and conversions while maintaining strong brand differentiation and consistency across the, this role serves as a key marketing resource to Green Brick Partners, supporting parent company initiatives including board presentations, corporate branding, and enterprise-wide marketing strategies that elevate the Green Brick portfolio of brands. Qualifications Education:BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field required. Experience:Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience with a national homebuilder. Competencies:Possess an innate marketing acumen and a passion for the consumer. Adept at managing agency partners and applying best practices in evaluating creative vendor partners. Proven success using database (corporate and 3rd-party) marketing to drive tangible business results. Unafraid to test boundaries, challenge traditional thinking, speak-up and lead-up to drive the business. Highly organized with attention to detail & eye for quality execution yet understands role in big picture. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as everything about this role is consumer-facing.
