About the role
- You will oversee the entire branch and its operations.
- You will manage all business assets including inventory, equipment, and structures
- Drive the sales growth, operations, and financial performance
- Generate new growth and maximize net profit
- Establish team goals and objectives, measure performance, provide feedback, develop talent and foster personal accountability
- Full P&L responsibility to exceed sales and net profit expectations
- Continuously evaluate overall workflow, equipment, processes, and personnel to ensure resources are optimized for maximum efficiency
- Ensure all employees are adequately trained in their respective area of focus, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.

- BA/BS DegreeStrong sales/operations experience; minimum 5 years preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales force
- Knowledge of Inventory management practices and processes
- Demonstrated ability in analyzing and interpreting financial reports
- Demonstrated sales leadership practices and procedures
- Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of honesty and integrity
