About the role
Building relationships with prospective students and families, the full-time Academic Sales Representative will conduct consultative conversations to understand academic needs and guide families through the enrollment process for tutoring services in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
Engage with families to uncover academic challenges and recommend appropriate tutoring solutions
Manage a high volume of inbound leads while ensuring an excellent customer experience
Document interactions accurately in the CRM and work towards enrollment goals and performance targets
Required qualifications
2+ years of experience in admissions, recruiting, account management, or a sales-focused role
Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport quickly with clients
Experience in working toward goals, KPIs, or performance metrics
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
