This role partners closely with field teams, customer support, and accounting to ensure clean invoicing, timely issue resolution, and reliable financial records. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and enjoys digging into details to keep operations running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and submit accurate service invoicesWork with field technicians and managers to confirm labor, materials, and job costsProcess credits, cost transfers, labor rate adjustments, and non-billable service call documentationMaintain organized billing files and respond to customer or internal billing inquiriesSupport continuous improvement of billing workflows and cost-tracking accuracyWhat You Bring1+ year of billing or accounting support experienceConstruction or field-service industry experience strongly preferredStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-throughAbility to collaborate across teams and communicate clearlyOnsite availability for the first 90 days; hybrid schedule (3 days/week onsite) thereafter
