About the role

iCapital Network is seeking a Vice President for Investor Onboarding and Regulatory Review in Salt Lake City, UT. You will lead a team reviewing investor subscription materials to ensure compliance with the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Securities Act of 1933, the Exchange Act, and FINRA rules. You will manage client engagements, coordinate with fund sponsors and law firms, and drive reporting on investor subscriptions and deadlines.
