This role will be essential in keeping executives organized, managing travel and expenses, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.Manage and reconcile executive expenses and assist with budget tracking.Support project coordination and follow-up on action items.Maintain task management systems and help prioritize executive workload.Schedule meetings, appointments, and ensure calendar efficiency.Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Prior experience supporting Senior level executives.3+ years experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.Basic accounting principles required; advanced accounting knowledge a plus.Any project management experience is a plus.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
