Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking Manufacturing Engineers with 5–8 years of manufacturing experience to support production and manufacturing engineering activities. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Creo, Windchill, production support, mechanical and electrical systems, and harness design. Railway industry experience is preferred.
Responsibilities: Provide hands-on production support for manufacturing operations. Develop and maintain manufacturing work instructions. Support MODs, CRs, QNs, and other manufacturing engineering documentation. Support process engineering activities and production-related requirements. Work with mechanical and electrical manufacturing processes. Support harness design or harness manufacturing activities, particularly for Electrical Methods Engineering. Use ERP systems such as SAP for Bill of Materials, routings, and configuration follow-up. Work with Creo and Windchill for manufacturing engineering and product data activities. Support quality, EHS standards, and ergonomics requirements. Communicate effectively with relevant teams and stakeholders to support production objectives.
Required Qualifications: 5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on manufacturing and production support experience. Hands-on experience with Creo. Hands-on experience with Windchill, preferably at an expert level. Experience with mechanical and electrical manufacturing. Experience with harness design or harness manufacturing. Experience writing manufacturing work instructions, MODs, CRs, QNs, or similar documentation. Experience working with an ERP system such as SAP for BOMs, routings, and configuration follow-up. Associate Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking. Good communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Manufacturing experience in the railway industry. Experience with Teamcenter. Experience with SAP.Strong knowledge of process engineering. Experience supporting quality and EHS standards. Knowledge of manufacturing ergonomics.
