Job DescriptionJob DescriptionHead of OperationsBrooklyn, NY$130k - $140k + $20k - $40k bonusA rapidly growing security technology company is seeking a Head of Operations to build the operational foundation needed to support continued growth. This person will be creating scalable systems, implementing processes, driving accountability, and turning leadership’s vision into execution.Responsibilities• Build and scale operational infrastructure, systems, and processes to support company growth• Create and implement SOPs to improve efficiency, consistency, and execution across the organization• Develop and track KPIs to measure performance and ensure teams are aligned with company goals• Oversee key projects and initiatives from planning through completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met• Partner with leadership to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and measurable results• Create accountability across teams while maintaining a collaborative and productive culture• Identify operational challenges and develop solutions to improve workflows and productivity• Implement and optimize technology tools to streamline communication, reporting, and operations• Ensure teams have the structure, resources, and processes needed to perform at a high level• Act as the operational backbone of the company, connecting departments and keeping priorities moving forwardRequirements• 3-5+ years of operations experience, ideally within a technology, security, or fast-growing company• Proven experience building processes, systems, and infrastructure from the ground up• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously• Comfortable implementing and leveraging technology to improve business operations• Strong analytical skills with experience developing and managing KPIs• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all types of people• Hands-on, builder mentality with a strong sense of ownership and ability to execute• Ability to bring structure to a fast-paced environment and turn ideas into action
