About the role
- Assist customers with tire selection and product recommendations
- Answer customer questions and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
- Handle daily office and administrative responsibilities
- Prepare and process invoices, billing, and payments
- Manage customer communications by phone, email, and in person
- Enter and maintain customer and product information
- Coordinate with the service team to help keep customer needs moving efficiently
- Assist with general office duties as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional counter/office area
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service, sales, or office experience preferred
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft OfficeStrong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable learning about tires and making product recommendations
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50100 lbs. when needed
- Willingness to learn the tire/service business is more important than previous tire experience
- $25/hour, based on experience
