About the role

Eightelevengroup is seeking an experienced UX Researcher to drive data-driven decisions across the product lifecycle. The role requires solving complex problems and voicing user needs through rigorous qualitative and quantitative research. You will collaborate with Product, Design and Development teams to translate insights into actionable design improvements, build personas and journey maps, and manage vendor relationships in a SAFE Agile setting.
