About the role
The Contract Corporate Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for various corporate roles, supporting hiring managers and internal stakeholders in Miami, FL.This on-site role involves sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and guiding candidates through the selection and offer process. The recruiter will partner closely with business leaders to understand role requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and maintain a robust talent pipeline. Day-to-day activities include leveraging job boards and professional networks, maintaining accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems, and ensuring an efficient and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. This is a contract position, requiring adaptability to evolving hiring priorities and deadlines while upholding consistent recruitment standards.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in full-cycle high volume (required), including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present candidates and provide clear feedback.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and common recruiting tools or platforms.
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of basic employment practices and recruiting best practices; experience in professional services or staffing is a plus.
Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL and collaborate within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Prior experience in contract or agency recruiting, especially supporting corporate or professional roles, is highly beneficial.
