About the role

Renesas Electronics is seeking an experienced PMO leader to establish and lead the PMO function for its automotive semiconductor power management programs. You will drive portfolio governance, program execution excellence, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, quality, and customer teams. The role demands deep automotive semiconductor expertise, mature program and portfolio management skills, and strong functional safety knowledge (ISO 26262, SOTIF).
