RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. People-oriented. Dedicated to customer service Able to learn computer functions Ability to work in a team environment Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred. Licensing required upon hiring.
