About the role

To build and lead the company's government growth strategy, the full-time salaried Group Vice President, Government will drive revenue performance across federal and select state government markets while engaging with strategic opportunities and developing a high-performing sales organization remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and execute a strategy to significantly expand the government business over a three-to-five-year horizon Personally engage with strategic opportunities and executive stakeholders to advance and close complex deals Assess, build, and evolve the government sales organization to support long-term growth objectives Required qualifications 15+ years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, technology, or solutions sales with a focus on federal government customers Proven track record of achieving multi-million-dollar annual revenue quotas in complex government sales environments Experience building and scaling a government sales organization, including go-to-market strategy and team structures Deep understanding of federal procurement processes and budgeting cycles Experience leading complex enterprise-level sales pursuits involving multiple stakeholders
