About the role

Completing a high volume of incoming customer requests daily. Responding to requests for standard documents, questionnaires, customer specifications, and quality agreements. Working collaboratively with technical, manufacturing, quality, and customer support groups to complete customer questionnaires. Providing customer letters in response to standard inquiries; coordinating and overseeing the response to non-standard inquires and requests. Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and manufacturing sites Supporting the generation of needed documentation by working with appropriate parties within and external to quality. Collaborating with other members of the Quality team to maintain and continuously improve the systems and databases. Supporting the implementation to Standard Work. Identifying and completing continuous improvement projects. Organizing and maintaining all quality documentation and standard letters and tracking responses to customer inquiries. Working as part of a team to ensure customer documentation response process functions efficiently. Working with Sales to ensure requests are complete and prioritized as needed Ingredion uses AI-enabled tools to support parts of the recruitment process, including resume screening and interview scheduling. These tools help match candidate skills to job requirements and streamline communication.
