About the role
Uncommon Schools seeks a Deans of Curriculum & Instruction (DCIs) to lead school-level data analysis, teacher development, and instructional leadership. You will work with the Principal and fellow DCIs to drive student achievement and staff growth across Uncommon Schools.
You will design and implement high-quality professional development, oversee assessment cycles, and lead regional data response initiatives to improve school performance and culture.
