What You’ll Do:
As a Business Growth and Risk Specialist, you’ll support contractors as they grow — helpingthem understand their financial position, expand their bidding capacity, and structure their riskprograms effectively.
Your responsibilities include:
• Developing a pipeline of contractor relationships through proactive outreach• Introducing IGA’s specialized services to prospective clients• Learning how to evaluate contractor financials and creditworthiness• Helping clients secure payment and performance bonds• Advising clients on growth strategies, bidding opportunities, and risk structure• Coordinating with underwriting partners on behalf of clients• Building and managing a long-term book of business• Becoming a trusted advisor as clients scale their operations Business development is a normal part of the early career. Over time, the role becomesincreasingly advisory, relationship-driven, and strategic. Requirements:
