About the role
TeraWulf Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel to join its Legal & Compliance team in Easton, MD.
The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer, vendor, supplier, and digital infrastructure agreements, while partnering with operations, engineering, finance, and procurement to balance risk and commercial objectives. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Counsel and Chief Legal Officer, you will support contract lifecycle management and provide practical legal guidance
