JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Produce a safe and quality product Troubleshoot production issues and escalate them to appropriate team members Trained on HACCP, GMP's, safety, manufacturing processes, and loss control programs and use that knowledge to perform your work duties Participation in a team environmentMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Must be at least 18 years or older Able to read and comprehend the English language Ability to do basic math (addition and subtraction)Must be able to tell time on an analog or digital clock Ability to use computers and touch-screen technology Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Must be detail oriented Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment Must be able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedulePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Previous manufacturing experienceBENEFITS:Paid vacation and holidays (premium pay for holiday work)401(k) plan available Flexible spending accounts for medical and dependent care expenses Life and disability insurance Employee assistance program Option: Get paid every day with daily pay Referral program On-the-job training Advancement opportunities!
