About the role
Briarlake Partners is a strategic sourcing focused recruiting firm. We are leading a search for Manager level (8-12 years of experience) and Sr. Manager level (10-15 years of experience) candidates for a boutique strategic sourcing consulting firm. These roles will primarily lead workstreams focused on category management and strategic sourcing projects. Our client offers an entrepreneurial environment and a lower travel model than other management consulting firms. All candidates MUST have previous consulting experience with a recognized consulting firm.
Requirements include:
An appropriate level of strategic sourcing and client management consulting experience Experienced completing end-to-end sourcing process - Data Collection, Vendor Selection, Contracting Established expertise in specific spend categories Experienced in scoping out projects, developing work plans, and budgets Experienced in synthesizing information and developing report outs (ppt and excel)Proven project delivery results Ability to execute and manage multiple streams of work Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft applications Strong analytical skills - proven experience analyzing large volumes of data Highly effective oral and written communication Bachelor’s Degree, MBA a plus Ability to travel up to 20%We are targeting most major cities in the US.
