Qualifications
Required:
Strong phone and email communication skills with drivers, customers, and vendors.
Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, data entry).Dependable and punctual; comfortable working independently in the office.
Preferred:
Spanish-speaking (bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus).Experience with Fishbowl or similar inventory/CRM systems.
Warehouse or distribution environment experience.
Familiarity with freight, LTL, and/or working with 3rd party logistics companies.
