About the role
- Client Relationship Management - handle requests, resolve issues, research, and assist with all client requests
- Onboard new clients and establish accountsPrepare all client review meeting materials for advisors; handle all meeting follow-up action items
- Continuous business activity tracking
- Mutual fund, equity, ETF, and municipal bond trading in client accountsPrepare and process documents, new applications, checks, distribution, and maintenance forms
- Keep systems up-to-date with client information
- Educate clients on account services and technology capabilities
- Financial plan data entry and analysis
- Review work methods and procedures for continual quality improvements and efficiencies, and implement them when appropriate
- Prepare reports, data entry, maintain spreadsheets and logs
- Work closely with the senior operations specialists, and provide backup support to the team
- Relevant industry experience or education
- College degree
- Ability to pass a criminal history and credit background check
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Learning agility with software programs
- Series 7/66 & Alabama Life/Health Annuity license, or willingness to obtain
- Excellent organizational, preparation, and time management skills
- Outstanding attitude and positive energy
- Strong confident voice/communication (verbal, phone, email, mail) and customer service skills
- A strong focus on assuring details are correct
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities
