Job Description:
The Technical Manufacturing Laborer supports the production of mechanical components, consumer products, and industrial equipment. Reporting to a Production Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Shift Lead, this role operates machinery, handles materials, inspects quality, maintains equipment, and supports safe, efficient production across single-shift and overnight operations. The position requires basic equipment adjustments, routine mechanical troubleshooting, and advanced process troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment to produce components and products.
Handle, stage, and move materials throughout the production process.
Inspect finished products and in-process work for quality and specification compliance.
Perform routine equipment maintenance and basic mechanical adjustments.
Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
Follow industrial safety procedures and maintain a safe, orderly worksite.
Identify opportunities to improve production processes and efficiency.
Complete accurate production reports and support single-shift and overnight operations.
Required Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machine operation.
Experience with mechanical assembly, quality control, and material handling.
Understanding of industrial safety practices.
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
