About the role

Serco seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME for CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will facilitate integration training for U.S. and allied aircrew by role-playing fighter aircraft in Distributed Mission Operations events, using CES, NGTS, and MACE. This position requires an active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR. You’ll stay current on threats, tactics, and procedures to keep training effective and relevant.
