About the role
*This role is onsite with travel We're seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value customer accounts, build long-term partnerships, and drive revenue growth through consultative, customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers; serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts Develop and execute strategic account plans, leading regular business reviews and partnering on contract/pricing negotiations Meet or exceed revenue goals by identifying opportunities to expand products, services, and share of business Use CRM tools and analytics to monitor account performance and drive customer satisfaction Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver solutions and resolve issues Stay current on industry trends and market developments to inform account growth strategy Qualifications 5+ years in account management, outside sales, business development, or strategic account management Proven success managing and growing key customer relationships Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Experience with CRM and sales reporting tools Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Willingness to travel as needed
