Position: Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Remote, U.S. Only
Compensation: Performance-Based 1099 Compensation (Subcontractor)Typical earning potential of approximately $3,000 - $5,000+ per month Compensation is based on held meetings, opportunity quality, and closed-won bonuses No guaranteed salary or hourly pay Paid biweekly based on approved performance results
Daily Responsibilities: Cold-call prospective businesses, with a target of 150+ outbound calls per day Ask qualifying questions to determine whether the prospect is a good fit for Ringible Identify the decision-maker or appropriate point of contact Understand basic business needs, pain points, and current provider challenges Confirm genuine interest in speaking with Ringible Request the prospect's current telecom/VoIP provider invoice when appropriate to help confirm existing services, features, and options Schedule qualified sales meetings for the Ringible Sales Team Document key prospect information and hand the opportunity off to the Sales Team Not Responsible For Product demos Preparing proposals Providing pricing Negotiating contracts Closing deals Growth Opportunity Opportunity to advance into an Account Executive or other Sales Team position Increased commission potential with advancement Performance and experience will be considered for future Sales Team opportunities
