Gemini is seeking a Senior Compliance Leader to oversee the consumer compliance program for deposit and lending products, including crypto rewards and business cards. You will guide product development within regulatory boundaries and coordinate with product, technology, legal, risk, and banking partners. The role requires deep knowledge of UDAAP, TILA, ECOA, FCRA and other lending laws, with experience in fast-moving fintech environments.
