Our model is built to let you focus on production and client acquisition, while centralized teams support service, carrier access, and operational functions behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do: Prospect, network, and generate new business opportunities Provide consultative guidance on Personal Lines coverage options Develop tailored insurance programs that align with client needs Maintain strong follow-up practices to drive retention and cross-selling Consistently meet or exceed performance goals
What We’re Looking For: Active Louisiana Property & Casualty Producer License, required At least 2 years of insurance sales experience Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse clients Self-motivated professional with a results-driven mindset Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment If you’re a licensed P&C professional who is ready to expand your impact in the community, we’d love to connect!
